In a weekly press conference, a spokesperson for the Foreign Office, Mumtaz Zahrah Baloch, announced, “Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will be leading the Pakistan delegation to the SCO Council of Foreign Ministers (CFM) will be held on May 4 to 5, 2023, in Goa, India.”

In January, India, which is currently in charge of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), invited members of the SCO, including the new Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang and Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
“We currently hold the SCO presidency. We invite all SCO nations, including Pakistan, as is customary. During a press conference in February, official Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Arindam Bagchi stated, “We expect them all to attend the events.”
