New York, NY – 2024 — FilmRise, the New York City-based film and television studio and streaming network, has announced the appointment of Jonitha Keymoore as Head of Content for the company. She will be responsible for all content licensing and production activities across the FilmRise Streaming Network of AVOD apps, FAST channels, and digital streaming partners. Danny Fisher, CEO of FilmRise, made the announcement.

During her tenure, FilmRise has secured worldwide digital media rights to a library of content from Buzzfeed, Inc., including the highly popular celebrity series Hot Ones, the sci-fi series Z Nation, the beloved western Death Valley Days, and the popular children’s series Wiggles, to name a few.
Jonitha joined FilmRise in early 2021 as Senior Director of Global Acquisitions. She was responsible for developing new multi-territory film and television acquisition opportunities while working with existing content partners to help build the company’s global licensing and distribution business. She previously served as Senior Director of Content Acquisitions at Paramount, where she negotiated deal terms for acquired content across cable and digital networks.
